Tuesday = Day Off

I did a lot today. Which is out of the ordinary because I don’t like doing anything on my days off. I like to sit in my room and relax.

I think what caused this anomaly, was the fact that I played Rift for 5 straight hours. I started at level 8 and when I stopped I was level 14. Sitting for that long made me want to go out and do something.

I had to no clue what I wanted to do. So I put it in the hands of my followers. I sent out 2 tweets. First I asked who wanted to hang out. I was overwhelmed by the total number of responses I got. So I had to narrow it down. The second tweet was the eliminator. I asked who wanted to get food. I knew not everyone could possibly be hungry. Still I got an overwhelming response. I wasn’t sure who I should pick, but one person rose to the occasion. One that out smarted the competition. Nate, was a few steps ahead. He called me instead of waiting for the glorious @. Smart guy, so I decided to meet up with him.

We had a nice lunch at Panera Bread and decided to head to his house. He loves fighting games like me. So we popped in 3. Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter 3rd Strike, and Marvel vs Capcom 3. We played for a solid hour. It was fun to test my skills. Nate is always a good opponent.

It’s about 7:00p and there’s still a lot I can do, but i’m just going to play Rift.
